Why we exist

RMABSE exists to uplift Black students by empowering the educators who serve them. We envision a Colorado where every Black child flourishes in classrooms led by culturally rooted, intellectually curious, and deeply supported educators. Through strong relationships, shared wisdom, and collective brilliance, we cultivate sustainable pathways for Black educators and leaders dedicated to dismantling barriers and transforming education. Together, we build systems that center the lived experiences of Black youth and courageously reimagine what is possible for their futures.
